Unjust ban

About 3 days ago my account entitled Pangiea was banned permanently for harassment. After making a new account I finally figured out that my friends filed multiple reports for harassment as a joke and or prank. Their gamer tags are Longest yee boi and Foxtrotic.
After contacting the enforcement team and filing a case report the enforcement team still did not allow me access to my old account. I was devastated 7 years of playing xbox playing all of these great games was gone in an instant. Even in the case report I
told the enforcement team that the only reason they had received reports for harassment was because of my friends playing a prank. They did not seem to care. After contacting a virtual agent on the Xbox application I was told that it is possible to get my
account back if I made a post on the forums detailing the incident as much as possible. I understand that I was suspended for the same reasons but this time it was uncalled for. all I want right now is for my account my friends my progress and my memories
to be given back to me. I'm gonna turn a new leaf I'm gonna become a new person I will follow the terms and services of Xbox. I will respect other players. I will be supportive and respective of their decisions. So could you please reconsider giving me my
account back.

You were apparently banned for violating the Code of Conduct with such a photo. There was even a warning on the upload screen.

Suspensions are only dealt with on the
Xbox Enforcement website. If eligible, you can submit a case review as your appeal.

The forum will be unable to help you as the Xbox Enforcement staff do not post here.

I've been an Xbox Live user for over 4 years, started on Xbox 360 and now I've migrated to Xbox One. Today I get the message that I've been permanently locked out of my Xbox Live account LuisPlayBR. When I go to see the reason, I saw that it was because
I put a naked photo in the profile of xbox live, yes, I admit that I put this picture with a bad joke last night, but soon after I moved quickly to one that No Violated any conduct. In the same way, I was permanently banned.

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team do not sue the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. It doesn't matter if your friend filed complaints as a prank or not. If the enforcement team determined
you did something to violate the code of conduct, they would take action.
