First, try cleaning the disc with a soft cloth. Wipe out from the center, and don't use chemicals.

If this does not work, Remove the storage devices and restart the console.

If you have the money to spare, you can purchase a Lens Cleaner Disc from almost any local Retailers, and this should clean your laser.

Just as a warning, taking your console apart will void your warranty and cause more problems.

Your big mistake was using cleaning chemicals on the case. They have physically altered the color of the plastic... Actually, since the case is a matte finish, the chemicals have probably altered the gloss level or texture of the finish, making it look a
different color. There is much more than likely nothing you can do about the discoloration. You'll either have to get a new case, paint it, skin it or live with it. Personally, I'd skin it. Then again, I would have never used a household cleaner on it.

I think you might be wrong on that, the tamper seal is not worth the money it cost to make it as we as consumers have a right to repair, as long as the console is not damaged because of the cleaning they have to offer the out of warranty service for when it breaks down the road, and it will break because the SSD will fail and can't be replaced because it's married to the board.
