Universal Pictures UHD discs not working on Xbox One S

I have Xbox One S and several UHD discs. All work well with HDR except the 2 Universal discs I have. Huntsman Winter's War and Oblivion. Both start the app, then the Blu-ray Player app freezes almost immediately. The movies never start. I have 14 other
UHD with HDR discs that all work fine. Anyone experience this or have any thoughts?

Simple Enquiry...

Xbox One discs are Dual Layer BD-ROM discs 50 GB, which is pretty much standard now. In addition, the One S and the One X can also read UHD Blu-ray feature film discs. Neither the One S or One X can read BDXL discs, I don't know enough about the hardware
to say for sure if this is due to a hardware or software issue. Note that despite the similar storage capabilities, UHD Movie Blu-ray discs are factory pressed, while BDXL is a writable format largely for burning discs with a PC.

Despite the One S and the One X's ability to read UHD discs, they will not be used for Game media.

 

Still having problems with Xbox One S Blu Ray app not playing 4K Blu Rays

Well Universal is sending me out a replacement Lucy disc. If this does not fix the issue then I want a full refund for the Xbox one S so I can purchase a real UHD player.
