    Unique way to sign in to Xbox Live (But I need to work out what's going wrong?)


    To get to the point I have been logging in to Xbox live using "hotspot" on my Samsung Android phone. After I do that I simply disconnect from my phone then connect to my Xbox with my Asus router wifi? I am then able to have a session without interruption.
    But if I turn my Xbox off and try to connect again through my router I get a message which goes something like "Your connection is fine but there is a problem on our side with Xbox live" So if I want to login again I need to connect to Xbox live though my
    phone again ect...

    Can anyone suggest how I can set up the router so it connects to Xbox live. Something in the Router wont let me connect where my Samsung Hotspot will?

    If anyone can come up with a solution that would be great!

    PS: I have an open NAT on my Xbox ect, I have either had UPNP enabled ___or___ Ports forwarded on my router. I have been able to connect to my Xbox 360 without a problem as well and I am not sure if my Teredo tunnel is set correctly? My Router is an ASUS

    Whenever I start a game ANY Game, I immediately get disconnected from xbox live HELP

    This is exactly what's happening to me now. Everything up until yesterday had been working perfectly. This morning I sign in and no problems. After putting a game into the xbox and getting to the title screen, Xbox live then decides not to work and signs
    out. I try other games and the same thing happens. Upon going back to the dashboard each time it signs back into Xbox live. What's this all about!? Tried turning the xbox off and then back on but no luck. Everything comes back ok in the test connection and
    my router is working fine for everything else. Looks to me like an Xbox live issue!

    Can't sign in (Error code 80072EF3)

    I'm trying to sign in to my Xbox Live account, but every time I do, it asks me to verify my account info. After I verify it, I sign in, but immediately sign out again after clicking next. I have no idea what's going on, or how to fix it. Could someone
    help me? Thanks.

    can you test it with a LAN cable to make sure it's not just a wifi setting issue?

    I actually get the same result and have for a while now. I have had my Xbox replaced which cost me $180 and tried two different routers as well but the ASUS has a lot of options and I figured I would work it out. Whatever is happening is happening on initial
    connection and only my phone is connecting successfully (Initially) Other people have this problem from what I see in forums but I have seen a solution? Or one other message I get on my Xbox One app on my PC is not being able to obtain my teredo address?

    or bad.

    Especially if it's going to be a MP of a Game and I'm going to playing a lot of it. It needs a few more redeeming qualities other then just being "unique".

    Can't sign into Xbox live

    I'm among those who will defend xbox as *not* being unique in tech issues, and you won't escape that by going to PS4, (oh god, it has be much worse on it) but what frustrates me is that *nothing* works if not signed in, and that the status report they refer
    us to is not true. It reads that all of these other services, like Netflix, are working, but that's moot if we can't access it outside of Live.
