Unintentional / unwanted game purchase

Hello, I have a problem (I apologize in advance for my English).
I will describe it in the shortest possible way:
I noticed on my bank account today that a very large amount of money disappeared, after a short search I found the purchase of the game "Anthem" on January 18. I have no idea how I bought this game, I did not want to buy it or even I did not want to do
it. . I read that it is impossible to return a digital game, but there really must be a way to do it ... This money was very much for me but it is very necessary for private matters. As above, I have no idea how I could buy it, nothing I clicked, I did not
enter anything and I would really like to recover somehow this money. Is there ANY chance for that?
