    Uninstalled MS Flight sim from Gamepass, but it hasn't deleted the files - Part 2


    I needed some storage space back and as MSFS took 200gb, I uninstalled from Gamepass.

    However, there has been no difference in the amount of space taken up on my drive.

    I have tried repairing the Xbox (Beta) app as I saw that suggested elsewhere.

    How can I remove these files? Where are they held?

    I posted this before, with XBF Houmaidi O replying rather unhelpfully with a generic "here's how to clear space on your drive" response (to which I know how to manage my storage space).

    Please can someone advise on how I can clear the GamePass files for this install of MSFS? It is daft to me that such as large install doesn't remove all the files when it is uninstalled.

    Can you provide me with information about the Gamepass cache or MSFS taking up space after the uninstall specifically please?

    flight sim stops loading and goes back to desktop.

    I have been using the flight sim for more than a year with no problems. Computer is GXi2800BST, 16 GB DDR4 memory, NVIDIA GeForcs GTX 1660 Super 6Gb 240GB SSD + 1TB HDD.

    I deleted the 2 non Microsoft software that I had installed from the MS store. I removed all the hardware additions. I made sure I was signed into Xbox & Microsoft. I have all updates.

    I repaired and reset Xbox and ms flight sim in settings / apps. Now I have to reinstall ms flight sim because that removed it from my pc. What a pain!!

    Is Flight Sim. X 2006 compatible with Windows 365?

    Microsoft 365 is the subscription service for productivity, items like Skype, OneDrive and Office

    No version of Flight Sim or any games appear on it

    The only version of Flight Sim on GamePass is 2020, which is unlikely to change
