Uninstalled Halo MCC Now I Cant Find it to Reinstall

So I bought the Halo MCC 1 Tb Bundle and when I went to install it everything went find until the progress bar on the install just disappeared. I opened up the options on the install and clicked continue but it would just say "Installing" then disappeared
again. I then clicked uninstall on the game in the hopes to try the whole process again. After that it isn't in the queue or in my games. Someone suggested waiting on the "My Games" tab for it to show up but all there is is my downloaded games and then the
store option, nothing else shows up. I also tried the store to see if I could download the digital copy but it wants me to pay for it again. Any help is welcome

I uninstalled The awakening dlc for black ops 3 to reinstall it now i cant find it

Halo MCC pre order Unavailable

Hello, I preordered halo mcc at least a week ago and now it has come out. I can't play it, it says it is unavailable so I did a hard reboot and it did not work, I uninstalled it to reinstall and now it says I havent even bought it!

if you visit the games/apps section on the console and scroll to the right with the D-Pad ("ready to install"), is Halo MCC listed there? If not, it'd be best to chat with support at
Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support and explain the situation to them. Good luck!

If you don't see the Ready to Install option when you scroll right press the Back and Start buttons on your controller to make the list appear.

You could also check the game in the Store to see if it's listed there as well.

If you don't see an option to install in either place then perhaps it was purchased on a different account.

I'm having the same issue! I can't start Master Chief Collection after the Halo 2 update. I uninstalled MCC and now I can't even reinstall MCC! other games seem to be fine starting the download but none of the Halo games work anymore.

I have this problem with all my downloads but they still boot-up and run...but not Halo MCC. I uninstalled, reinstalled then it loaded and said I needed to download DLC for every game. I restarted and now Halo is Back to this message

I have done all this. I had to completely reinstall and configure my sound card and video card; because post gaming on halo: MCC yesterday glitches started happening without the program running. Have now uninstalled and wiped all evidence of Halo: MCC and
Microsoft gaming software from my PC. Verified my Windows edition. Confirmed the reinstalled and configured sound and video drivers work with other apps. Am now reinstalling the MCC. If this doesn't work I will simple cancel my subscription to game pass.

I have spent more time troubleshooting than playing.
