Uninstalled Game Goes to 0GB

I have uninstalled Neverwinter and PoolnationFX on my Xbox One but they still have a tile in 'my games' with 0GB. I have tried removing my external hardrive and rebooting the console but it doesn't go. How do I resolve this?

Digital Pre-Order "Unavailable" When I try to Launch it. East Coast.

When I go into my games, what was 30some GB for Horizon 2, is now showing 0GB. Will we have to now re-download the game?

 

Halo 5 Pre-Download

i download the game 4 days a go and it was fine at 46.1gb but now it says 0gb, whats up with that?

 

Try doing a hard reset EXACTLY like this to see if it will help. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in
and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck!!

Hi is the listing of these games smaller than the other ones in My Games & Apps? If it is a smaller tile then chances are the game has actually uninstalled and all you are seeing is the listing in the waiting to install part of my games & apps.

 

I've had that happen a couple of times, so I started to install the game again but cancelled the install after a minute, the 0gb file was then gone.

 

I got the new dashboard update and they seem to have gone now. Thanks anyway.
