    Uninstalled game, but says I never purchased it


    Hey,

    my Forza Horizon 4 had would not start so I decided to uninstall and re-download it. When I checked my library and Forza wasn't there. What should I do to get it back?

    Have you bought it digitally or you instaled it with the Game Pass subscruptions?

    In this second case, if you don't have active subscription you can't access the game.

    Hi there,

    have you tried searching for it in the store (Console or PC) and check what it shows, Purchase or Install. If it shows install then you should be able to install it from there too.

    If it shows purchase then be sure to check your purchase history on your account that purchased the game at

    If you are 100% sure you are using the correct account and the purchase isn't showing then it's best to contact Xbox Support via

    Im having the same problem except i own the disk..... ive uninstalled and reinstalled it and i havent gotten any luck it only happened after i got gamepass ultimate....
