Uninstalled Free Minecraft on console, unable to reinstall

If you redeemed this game with the account on the console, then try searching the store for the game.

I did find the game in the store but the options were to "Play" I chose "Play" It did not work it ask me to purchase it again

Ok, Just ask my grandson. He said it was Minecraft. However, it was supposed to update FREE to Minecraft Bedrock Edition. AND THIS is where OUR ISSUES Started!!! UGHHH!! SO I uninstalled it to see if that would help, however it does not show to Install.
It takes me to Microsoft Store

It was a PrePaid Code> the code that was in the XBOX "Box" when I bought the console for a Christmas Present

At this point I believe it would be best to get this sorted out with Xbox Customer Support over the phone so that they can review your account history with you and what games were redeemed onto that account. There are some requirements that need to be met
while playing Minecraft Xbox One Edition on disc to receive a free update to Minecraft (Bedrock Edition), which would be sent via an Xbox Live message. More information on that offer can be found on the developer's, Mojang, website: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/xbox-one-update-reminder.
If you own the old version of Minecraft for Xbox One digitally, it should allow you to download

Minecraft (new version) for free.

3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
