Uninstalled a game however can’t reinstall as it has disappeared

I uninstalled my game to then reinstall it as there was an error about me not owning the game even though I did. I then uninstalled it however can no longer reinstall it as it has disappeared

I'm afraid that at this time the only thing would be to either find the account that made the purchase or buy the copy on your account now. The save and progress you have will continue on from where you left off.

Ahhh maybe. Well I did but it. No clue why it’s not listed. What can be done about this?

This hasn’t worked tried it on a different device and browser. Doesn’t seem to work.

I finished downloading it, it still says (Do I own this game) if you have a game disc insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you’re signed in. If you don’t have rights for playing it, you’ll need to get it at the Microsoft store. (0x803f8001)

From which country are you currently located?

Try to enable your console's remote play features:
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.
Select the Enable remote features checkbox.
Under Power options, select Sleep.
