    has anyone had an issue where they have to uninstall an app, and when they try to reinstall it the app store tells you that you already own the product and its nowhere to be found on your system? And therefore you can't reinstall?

    i dont know if this helps but you can try

    How To Fix Dashboard Issues on the Xbox One
    Simultaneously press and hold down the [Left Trigger (LT)] + [Right Trigger (RT)] + [Y] buttons for a couple of seconds, and then release them.

    The Dashboard will refresh itself (reload all the elements of the home screen) shortly after releasing the three buttons.

    1706 update causing game to not work

    same here. Uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled. Have the game on disc, thought it was a disc issue, bought the digital version, uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled. Still doesn't work. Blizzard says it's a Microsoft issue. Microsoft
    says it's a Blizzard issue.

    Uninstalling and reinstalling a game

    Hello,

    If you reinstall Minecraft, you won't lose any Minecoins or anything you bought from the Minecraft Marketplace. However, you may have to reinstall worlds and texture packs you bought. You also won't lose any worlds downloaded to your system. You will be able to install it again by following these steps:

    Go to My Games & Apps>Full Library>All Owned Games, and you can reinstall it there.
