Uninstall Option Unavailable

    Uninstall Option Unavailable


    Anyone else ever have an issue with an app/game not showing "Uninstall" in the menu? I installed the Zoo Tycoon demo when I first got the console because i thought my kids would like it. They didn't of course, and now I can't get rid of the icon! It shows
    up grayed out with install as an option, but even if I try to install it doesn't do anything. However, if I go to the store I can actually download/install the demo again and then it shows that I have 2 Zoo Tycoons. I thought with the October update that I
    could at least hide the icon, but even that doesn't work.

    Youtube app not working (always says unavailable). Want to re-install but there is no "uninstall" option

    I downloaded and installed the Youtube app but it has never worked, it keeps saying it's unavailable, but when I check status it says the service is up.

    So I want to delete it and re-install it, but when I select it and use the 'menu' button there is no "uninstall" option.

    Help?

    Sorry, we could not start media player 0x87de2712 error

    The same thing happened to me. It stopped working with the same error. When I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, app is unavailable. Was working fairly nicely before.

    Aliens Fireteam Elite has disappeared from my library and is asking me to buy the game again

    I tried to upload a picture but it isn't working. I went to purchase history and saw the game clicked on it and it took me to the Xbox store and all it says is bundle unavailable. There is no option to uninstall or install the game.
