Uninstall APP or GAME

My XB1 is fairly new - had it a month. I can't figure out how to un-install a game/app. I'd like to get rid of a couple things that I don't use - where can I find an uninstall icon or command? Thanks in advance.

So...How do you delete a game?

If you go to the "my games and app" tile, highlight the game or app, hit the start button. That will bring up and opting to uninstall the selected game or app.

Uninstall Games from the Xbox One

I only found this out when I was trying to uninstall Battlefield 4 as I knew it was a massive install on the HDD

Simply head over to 'My Games and Apps' then click right to select the game you want to uninstall, select the home button on your controller then hit uninstall

Please remove or uninstall the game first completely. You may uninstall it via the PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Select the game and uninstall.

Once uninstalled, restart your computer. Once done, open the Xbox app and try installing the game again.

You should also be able to uninstall the apps via Settings > Apps > Apps & features and then you can select the app installed that you want to uninstall and click "Uninstall" The Xbox (Beta) App, Xbox Console Companion, and Xbox Live are available for uninstall.
There are somethings that are not able to be directly uninstalled that way, such as the Game Bar.

Which Xbox app are you looking to uninstall? And what are you hoping to accomplish by having it uninstalled? Is it a resource concern?

You can uninstall any game or app from your console by finding the game/app in "My Games and Apps", pressing the Menu button on your controller and selecting Uninstall.

Geth

The same way as any other.

Manage games & Apps, menu button over the app and select uninstall.

Some apps though can't be uninstalled.
