    Xbox app it's on PC, but I guess it's not trough Xbox app then, you will need to contact game developer for information about this as this is a Xbox product support forum so probably you won't get that information here

    Windows 11 is what I’m running, and it’s only Genshin Impact. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, updating and downgrading my windows, repairing the files, downloading NVIDIA and pretty much following every online tutorial I could find

    I got search genshin impact on microsoft xbox game pass but its not in there. Can you give me a link of genshin impact on xbox if you find it. In google says Mihoyo company never put genshin in xbox but just put in nintendo switch.
