Buenos días, cuando recien compré mi xbox se dió de alta un perfil, al tiempo decidí cambiarlo por otro, quedando activo el perfil con el que inicié en un principio, cuando quiero jugar algunos títulos en mi más reciente perfil, necesito iniciar sesion en
ambos para poder jugarlos porque algunos de ellos fueron comprados con el antiguo perfil, saben como puedo tener solo una cuenta así mismo trsapasando todos los datos a la misma.. espero me puedan apoyar con esto, muchas gracias.

Hi Edwin,

I'm sorry to say but there is no way to merge or link profiles or transfer anything between them. The best thing to do if you have content purchased on both profiles so that you can play everything you own on just one profile is to make sure both profiles
have your Xbox set as the account's Home Console.

The Home console feature allows profiles on the same Xbox to share the games and gold subscription with all of the other profiles on the same Xbox.

Hello,

Try to delete your profile (profile only), this option does not delete your saved games or items you've downloaded, after doing so, try to download your profile again.

Delete Profile Safely:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only.

Download Profile:

Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller one time.

Select Download Profile.

Note: If you don't see Download Profile, press the blue "X" button on your Xbox 360 controller to sign out of any profile you're currently signed into.

Eliminar el perfil de forma segura:
