Hallo,

seit dem letzten Update kann ich nicht mehr auf das spiel zugreifen.

ich spiele Forza Horizon 3 auf windows 10 mit der xbox-app. nach der installation konnte ich ein paar stunden spielen, dann kam das update und seitdem geht nichts mehr!! habe schon stunden mit dem xbox-support telefoniert, keine lösung. ich habe auch die
xbox-app und den store schon deinstalliert und wieder neu installiert, auch das komplette spiel, immer der gleiche fehler. woran liegt das??

Ich habe das Problem seit 1/2 Jahr. Auf mein XboxLive-Konto steht: Ich hätte ein ungültiges Bankkonto hinterlegt und als ich dann auf "bearbeiten" klicke sucht es vergeblich, es wird angezeigt, das ein Fehler aufgetreten ist und soll es später noch einmal
probieren.

Das habe ich auf der Xbox360 auch versucht, dann wird dieser status code angezeigt und man kann nirgendwo erfahren, was er bedeutet Problem auf dem Marktplatz steht nur

rainbow six Vegas 2 funktionierte nicht auf der one zeigt es es ist etwas schief gegeangen ....... auf dem pc das selbige, auf der 360 der Code ist ungültig habe dann den support call verwendet und mit dem Mitarbeiter gesprochen die haben beide codes geprüft
der von Las Vegas 2 funktioniert angeblich laut test bei mir aber nicht.

No, that is not the problem. Updates are up to date. It must be at the xbox app, or at the microsoft account. The error says it also. I need a solution to remove the error in the app or the account. I can not imagine that I am the only one
who has this problem. Is there any other solution than to uninstall and download updates all the time? Can not you send me a new product key? Then I can download the game with new key and the error is perhaps gone?
