Sorry but you are not allowed to call out other gamertags on the forums. If you believe someone to be be doing something against the ToU and CoC of the Live service then you need to use the dashboard reporting tools to report them.

Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions. The report will be sent directly to the PET for them to investigate and, if necessary, take action on.

1) @TheKraken; "Naming and Shaming" is a rule on the Xbox.com forums that is enforced by ALL moderators. If you look a couple of posts back, I got fyerball, an Xbox.com moderator, to explain why we have this NandS rule.

3) In order to ban a player, an investigation must take place. If M$ was to go around banning people "just because", a lot of innocent players would also be affected. Also; nothing can be done unless you, the complainant, has proof. If you have proof, send
it to M$ along with your complaint because "Filing a Complaint", IMO, doesn't do anything but create "hearsay".

4) Another problem is people who put these ideas in other people's heads that R* are scammers and M$ doesn't do their job. You could say the same about someone else, but you don't know the truth until you have "walked a mile in their shoes", by that, I mean
XBL PET Team members and R* employees.

5) @Lestat, "hotswapping" is virtually undetectable, especially through the special STEALTH program that they use (I've researched this GTA: IV modding phenomenon for quite some time; don't start pointing fingers). The only way a modder who HSed could get
caught is if an M$ moderator were in the game as well and witnessed it. But these moderators are also "just people", and we know how "people" are...
