    Unfairly suspended support team wont listen, "upheld decision" without even really looking


    So I somehow got suspended for supposedly making threats that I did NOT make. Support and Enforcement doesnt care and rule with an iron fist. How can I make my voice me more heard? Should I just leave Xbox? The report system is a joke and CAN be abused but
    they refuse to hear it. You most definitely CAN gang up on someone and report them with enough people.

    hey efocement iron banner is here i got 10 new reports for you on me

    Op has already had 3 or 4 threads removed & is still making new ones.

    They were suspended,filed a case review & the decision was upheld so they've been spamming the forums.

    Op has been told several times that the enforcement team don't read the forums but wont listen.

    Banned?

    The enforcement team do not use the forums & xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with support.

    Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time.You wont get suspended twice for the same offence,you were probably suspended for separate things you did week ago or longer.

    If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do

    Every report gets investigated before a suspension is handed by XBLPET. Since you have filed for a case review and the decision was upheld there is nothing else you can do but read the Code of Conduct and respect it.

    Keep in mind that every gaming community has rules that regulate the online behavior.

    What about them respecting they are WRONG? How could I have done what they say if I was muted the day before? They are idiots! I can't have possibly done what they said if the day before my communication was suspended....its not that hard to figure out.
    This is why their enforcement system is a joke and I actually did talk to support and they agreed that I had a good point, how could I have made threats, harrased anyone or done what they said if I was unable to communicate? No, enforcement is wrong and I demand
    they make it right. This is not how to treat a customer.

    Investigations take time, so both suspensions could have been for actions that took place weeks before the suspensions started.
