    Unfairly Suspended, Support, Can you Help


    So I was on Rainbow 6: Siege playing ranked with my friend. I am really bad at the game... Anyways, Its 4-4, and I am last alive. I die, and after we finish, I get a message from "knifeonly2020", saying "you're so bad don't play ranked" and I responded "i
    f**cking get it jesus" because so many people make fun of me for being bad. He responds "I'm going to report you so have fun not being able to talk to people" I got comm suspended, support team, I can screenshot it for proof. My friend talked to him, asking
    why, and he said he banned me because he thought I was "trolling" him, because I was bad, and because I was being overall rude, which I wasn't. Support, please, please help me. I try to avoid trouble, and I still get banned. I am banned 'till the 8th...If
    anyone can help, please do. I don't know how one report banned me.

    Sorry for the rant, I'm just a bit saddened that I get banned for that, and yet he doesn't get banned for reporting someone because they were bad at the game, AKA false reporting.

    Once again support he was [Mod Removed].

    To see about submitting a case review you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, which you did by using profanity, you can be punished. It only takes 1 valid complaint.

    Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. If you filed a complaint on him, the enforcement team I'll investigate him.

    You can appeal the enforcement action if you believe that you were suspended unfairly.

    If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him. Retaliating is no use as it can get you suspended as well
