Unfairly suspend

so I was playing black ops 2 on the Xbox one. I was going about my day playing some SnD, then I join a game once I get in I realize somebody was modding he gave us all a lot of xp. I got suspended for being in a game. I evan went to Treyarch to either make
them take it away or to reassure that I would not get banned, they did not do anything. Thanks Microsoft for the suspension. I used say that your support was the best. I thought that you guys could understand that I was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
I did not evan gain an advantage I already had all the guns. Unless camos change your damage. Thanks Microsoft for the suspension.

total incompetance by microsoft

No offsense, but people come here all the time to whine about how they've been unfairly suspended. The enforcement team doesn't just arbitrarily suspend people.

You did the crime, now you're doing the time. More than likely, multiple people reported you. I seriously doubt you were just quietly cursing under your breath. You were probably screaming obscenities into the mic and voice spamming.

 

My account was unfairly suspended

My Gamer tag = I was unfairly suspend for a week because in a feud between me and another Xbox user I was reported for the use of language I used even tho it was not necessary. I think I was unfairly suspended because when I was in conversation
with the other user they made racist remarks towards me and I had reported him for that. When I tried to file a case review it would not let me and I would want to know why and if I can get the opportunity to do so. I'm very disappointed the way Xbox handles
complaints because even the most un serious comments can get someone a band for a week.
