    Unfairly soft banned from communication


    I was in a party with my family for almost two days. No contact with other players other than playing with them. Yet i received a message saying enforcement action was taken & a remote shut off of my xbox (this is messed up if it was them that did this.
    It shut down my xbox, seconds after receiving the message.) I went to enforcement.com whatever-thingy. Tried to file for case review but the first time my browser closed it & then some questions had really weird answers so im prohibited from trying for 24hrs.
    I just want to play with my family & be able to talk to them.

    Any way i can get in contact with a human from that team to talk to? Maybe some mods or someone who has any authority whatsoever. The agents i called were very helpful but useless in doing anything about it or transferring me to someone who could.

    Please respond asap!

    Want to make a complaint if someone could let me know how please. ? I was unfairly banned from communication that I did nothing wrong. ????

    Not always, I got communication banned from a game because I said I'm just gonna report you if your going to glitch the game and use the glitches unfairly... Don't see why I got banned but whatever,maws a busy week anyways

    I got communication banned for a week.. And it was my first..

    Code of Conduct, so it's best to review that before doing the questionnaire.

    Toxic people who team kill do not have good sportsmanship, but it is not against the guidelines of xbox communication. This is why you were banned and not him. Take this up with the game and the player should be banned, but communication ia different from
    playing unfairly.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
