    Unfairly Banned


    Has anyone else been subject to people claiming there cheating and getting multiple friends to report you resulting in an unprovoked ban? Tried to get Xbox to retract the ban as there was no cause for it but can’t get anywhere, this needs to be sorted, innocent
    gamers like myself aren’t being able to enjoy the games they buy because of people like this and Xbox need to monitor better

    My banned account

    My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

    In addition to what Dadwhite stated. Every report is investigated. Players who falsely report someone will never get them banned.

    Sorry to hear you were banned. However the PET do not use these forums. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason and open a case review with them.

    i always just ignore those players and just play the game we are all on the Xbox to have fun and meet new friends on different games. If they want to investigate I say let them its a game

    the pet over looks all cases you just don't get a ban for players reporting you. you have hade to be doing something wrong for the pet to ban you

    I been reported few times in the past nothing came of it for I was doing nothing wrong

    You don't get banned for "no reason".

    Any report is thoroughly investigated first before any action is taken.

    Read the email you were sent or go to the enforcement site
    here     to find out the reason.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to enforcement.xbox.com and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action and open a case review with the PET.
    I have but apparently the enforcement team doesn't care what you have to say because last time this happened my decision was upheld until after i got unbanned and even then they didnt do anything about the ban.
