    Unfairly banned with NO recourse?


    How is it that a major US company operates a department such as this so called Enforcement Team with zero accountability? My old gamertag was banned for supposedly "impersonating Microsoft staff" which is kind of ridiculous. I advised several players that
    we were all being watched periodically (which is true) for cheating & bad conduct and warned them to shape up. Somehow the enforcement jerks interpreted that as impersonation and handed out a permanent ban. I've looked online for a contact number, email
    address, anything... and there is absolutely no way to contact these people. They appear to act with impunity even though they got it completely wrong. Thankfully my cousin happens to be a senior staff member at Microsoft on the east coast, so I'm pursuing
    that route. Aside from that, does anyone know of any other way to reach these jerks? If my employer had a group that operated in this way, we'd lose clients left and right and these jerks would be out of a job in a matter of days. Smh...

    My banned account

    My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

    Hi,

    You must connect to the
    Enforcement     site as this is the only way to communicate with the concerned team and eventually raise a case review if you are eligible.

    How about you get the facts first, I have read teh TOU policy and COC, just because it repeats the same message over and over, it offers no proof or reasoning why the ban occurred, Do you work for Microsoft? Have you ever been banned or had your account
    stolen? If not then consider getting all the information before stating an opinion.
