    i have never been suspended. My brother in law visited and now i have a suspension until 6/7. I see he was in an argument because of team killing. I answered some questions incorrectly on the review process questionare and apparently ran out of tries. I'd
    like to appeal to get the ban lifted as i communicate with my daughter via skipe. My brother in law is no longer staying at my house. I hope a support member will take the time to read and consider this. Thanks.

    My banned account

    My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

    I feel my account was unfairly communication banned. I have never been reported before and I’ve got more than a one day ban for a first time offense.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and support does not handle suspensions/bans. You'll have to wait until you can retry the questionnaire and submit a case review. Keep in mind that you are responsible for your account at all times so it doesn't
    matter if it was someone else, if they were using your account that's all that matters.

    WORD, i cant get all the stuff i bought from banned account...

    If your account was banned you broke their terms of service, they owe you nothing. IF you think you were banned unfairly, that's something you have to take up with them, but as long as the ban stands, your DLC from that account is gone.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team will not give specifics. It doesn't matter if you're just talking to friends, if you say anything that violates the code of conduct you can receive a suspension.
