Unfairly banned - communcation ban

Hi everyone,

I recently obtained a communication ban for my choice of sentencing

I wanted to contact enforcement but it looks like there is no possible way?

Even when I went to check for any communication reports in the last few months it came up as a total of 0.

I was given a ban the instant I said "How do I need help with nothing?" to one of my friends in a activity in destiny.

Looked around to all my previous messages too and found nothing that implies violence or abuse to a person at all.

Be very aware everyone of what ever system enforcement is using is to auto ban by reading messages from people is very scary!

But my question still is it possible to contact enforcement or am I am the dark when it comes to them?

This was my first ban also.

I always thought it was an evidence based system, and used to say the same to people on these forums.

recently learnt that it isnt however.

It may tell you once the suspension is up and there is a handshake, instead of the ban hammer. If you click on it, you may see a greyed out area with reason for action and on the right of the grey area and arrow, clicking that may drop down the message/content

If it is indeed investigated by a person then it truly is tragic that it is impossible to contact them for at least a reason to what brought them to that conclusion.

First account bans are unable to case review so it looks like I will never know why.

Your only point of contact is via the website HTTPS://enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible.

This could be from something that got reported weeks/months ago. All reports are investigated by a real person. Auto ban is a myth.
