    Hi MS Support,

    We recently played a match against an XBL Player "[Mod Removed - Please do not name and shame. See Forum Guidelines.]" and after he lost he immediately sent us a rude message and said "ENJOY YOUR BAN". We have attached a screenshot for reference.

    We feel like this is incredibly unprofessional of Microsoft employees who play the game to exploit this ability and we hope that this individual is warned about his actions. Please lift the ban on us because this is terribly unfair. We have posted

    Peter: we feel like there is an abuse of employee power

    Ellen F.: I totally understand your concern about this Peter. No worries as your personal advocate today I will do my best to provide all the possible resolution for this issue.

    Peter: [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information on our public forums.]

    Peter: He sent an abusive message first and then said "enjoy your ban"

    Peter: we can send you a picture of the chat

    Ellen F.: We will have that as soon as we validate your account.

    Ellen F.: I will send a code to [Mod Removed].

    Ellen F.: Can you check that for me?

    Peter: sure

    Ellen F.: Thank you.

    Peter: he was the first person to say something rude after he lost the match

    Peter: we have photo evidence

    Peter: and he banned us and he was the first person to violate the TOS

    Peter: we are extremely displeased by this injustice

    Ellen F.: I am almost done checking Peter.

    Peter: especially from your employees

    Ellen F.: Did you also receive an email for suspension duration or how long the suspension will take place on the account?

    Peter: it says we were banned on chat for two days

    Peter: HE banned us for TWO days

    Peter: even though he was the one who was saying mean things first

    Peter: we demand he be banned for this abuse of power

    Peter: This type of interaction with people who have the power to ban players has such a negative impact on our perception of people who work for microsoft.

    Peter: but the player was the one who issued the ban to us

    Peter: he even said "enjoy your ban"

    Peter: we don't think that's fair

    Peter: ban's should not be carried out by people who play the game

    Ellen F.: I'm sorry to hear about what happened. I`d really love to help you on this, Peter but I`m afraid we here at Xbox Technical Support Department do not have control and access over accounts that are in temporary suspension.

    Peter: we will have to report this to your manager

    Peter: we have screenshot evidence of this interaction

    Ellen F.: Cases like this is only managed and handled by our Enforcement Team. The best way you can go about this is submit an appeal to our Enforcement Team. The best way to reach them is by posting your inquiry through forums on the link

    Peter: this is extremely unprofessional of you and Microsoft to issue bans while being allowed to play the game

    Peter: especially if ban's are handed out when a microsoft player loses in the game

    Ellen F.: Peter, our Enforcement team follows a process when it comes to suspending or providing a permanent suspension on a certain account. Though if there are any complaints about regarding the said suspension, we highly recommend to submit
    a case review to them for them to re-investigate the said suspension and will do make changes as needed.

    Peter: But this does not resolve the fact that he abused his powers as an employee

    Peter: The player [Mod Removed] issued my account a ban after he lost in a match. That is truly unprofessional and unfair for a microsoft employee to do such a thing.

    Ellen F.: I totally understand that Peter and I certainly know where you are coming from with this issue you have. I would highly recommend for you to submit a case review with our Enforcement team for them to isolate and conduct further
    investigation on this and will provide appropriate action at the same time with account tehkneekz.

    Hey there CDAZ Teh Lemon a 2 Day suspension from chat doesn't seem to harsh and as the the support women said that they have no control over suspensions it's usually XBLPET who handles suspensions and enforcement action if you want you can file a case review
    and tell them the story you told the support lady. Sadly nobody on the forums can lift suspensions / bans if you do file a case review tell them the users gamertag and then see if they can do anything about it. And if you are thinking it's a user who some
    how received the ability too put out suspensions it's highly doubtful and is likely not true if some user has received this power it is a huge security breach and soon will be removed if reported by many users.

    I understand it is unprofessional if a employee did this and i hope everything works out in the end. Please report the users profile and then add a comment and please don't use swears while writing it thanks. And a friendly tip please don't use users gamertags
    in the forums / threads best try to blur them out including the email that is in your post. Thanks

    Firstly,you are not allowed to call out gamertags,post links to images containg peoples gamertags or post personal details like your email address on the forums.

    A member of the enforcement team will never tell you that they are a member of the enforcement team & will never tell you that they are going to ban you.

    The exception is if you have an offensive bio or modded avatar,you can be given 30 days to change those or you will be banned.

    Bans/suspensions are rarely immediate as any reports need to be investigated first which takes time.

    All you can do is file for a case review as you have been told & file a complaint against the user

    Hello that rally sux that he had someone banned unfairly. Its no way to take the ban back like that. He already reported so its already to enforcement. Its up to enforcement to make a decision if they want to ban the person or not.
