    Yesterday I randomly recieved a message about enforcement action. I have been communication banned for no reason. I think I was unfairly banned. I don't see any proof. I am respectful to others. And it's not just that 24 hours, that is on my record now.
    I've been with Xbox for over 5 years and this has happened very randomly. I'm not sure if Xbox checks for real proof but I think it might've been this other player who got all of his 30+ friends to report me

    The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive. You can have a million complaints filed against you, but you would only receive a suspension if they have found that you have done something to violate the code of conduct.

    It sounds you like you have recieved a communications ban.

    If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:

    I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums, if you communicated only with your friends then one of them reported you and it doesn't matter
    who started the fight if something was said that break the CoC and was reported, it will be punish accordingly. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com



    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
    & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason” and the 1st warning is upon making an account with Xbox and reading the CoC which is the first warning so your second warning is a Live suspension, repeated suspension can lead to perma banned depends
    on the gravity of the violation. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:



    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
