    i just wanna know why you get banned when you play with someone else in a team game, one player ruins it for all of us and you choose to say something to him, and i get banned! i´ve had a xbox since the first came out, and this is how you treat us.. just
    unfair.

    MS (or any other business) can't be held accountable for what people outside of thier company say. If they were offering compensation for threats they would be out of business in a day. Theres also the problem of proving that you were threatened and/or having
    your friends "threaten" you so you you could game this fantasy.

    unfair..

    If you communicate with someone in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk getting suspended,no matter what they are doing in a team game.

    The rules have pretty much been the same since xbox live began so it's nothing new.

    If you have any enforcement action then you can find out more info on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    I think it's fair . You have access to precision weapons as does everyone else . The unfair forums are unfair . Everyone has access to the same tech . Some utilize it better that's not unfair

    LOL I take it u don`t like united ... I not got a ban i was just saying it is a bit unfair after all your paid for the console you paid for the game plus you pay for live ... If you do wrong I think an e-mail should be sent telling you if you do the said
    thing again you will get a ban..

    If someone has sent your son an abusive message including bad language the best course of action is to
    report the other player because if you reply to another player and the message you send them is found to break the
    Code of conduct or
    terms of use then there is a possibility of an enforcement action being taken against your son regardless of how it started.

    You should be able to review any enforcement actions received on the
    Xbox Enforcement website     and also request a case review from here if eligible.
