    I got banned on October 28 and the paragraph says until November 12 but I talked to an employee and he sayed I was banned until November 28 and this is all because some kid messaged me and told me I was garbage to I retaliated and then he has the audacity
    to tell me have fun with your ban and it's all because you can just spam the report button why can you do that you should only be able to report someone once it's so broken man plus I can't even download a game and I just went out and bought 75 dollars worth
    of cards and I can't buy it now I can't even get my money back like what is this I was looking forward to the campaign

    MS (or any other business) can't be held accountable for what people outside of thier company say. If they were offering compensation for threats they would be out of business in a day. Theres also the problem of proving that you were threatened and/or having
    your friends "threaten" you so you you could game this fantasy.

    Spamming the report button does nothing unless the thing he is reporting actually breaks TOS.

    In that case the ban will happen.

    I think it's fair . You have access to precision weapons as does everyone else . The unfair forums are unfair . Everyone has access to the same tech . Some utilize it better that's not unfair

    LOL I take it u don`t like united ... I not got a ban i was just saying it is a bit unfair after all your paid for the console you paid for the game plus you pay for live ... If you do wrong I think an e-mail should be sent telling you if you do the said
    thing again you will get a ban..

    If someone has sent your son an abusive message including bad language the best course of action is to
    report the other player because if you reply to another player and the message you send them is found to break the
    Code of conduct or
    terms of use then there is a possibility of an enforcement action being taken against your son regardless of how it started.

    You should be able to review any enforcement actions received on the
    Xbox Enforcement website     and also request a case review from here if eligible.
