    why do i have to pay for this game wich i alredy had on a cd some one stole my information and downloaded the game for 22$ why do i have to pay for that ? i never wanted to buy that from the store since i alredy have it on a cd so there is no way in hell
    i wud buy that online im relly mad cus i have to pay 22$ for a game i alredy have its completly making me mad i tried to contact xbox support the phone number is not even working its relly annoying i was happy to comme back on xbox live after a while i
    even paid for 1 yr xbox live gold 80$ and look what i get in return -.- relly i dont know what to do about this can u at least help me with that please

    MS (or any other business) can't be held accountable for what people outside of thier company say. If they were offering compensation for threats they would be out of business in a day. Theres also the problem of proving that you were threatened and/or having
    your friends "threaten" you so you you could game this fantasy.

    If someone stole the disc then you'd either have to purchase the game again on disc or buy it digitally. There's no other way around that.

    If someone had acces to your account, change your password and contact support to see if you can get a refund for the $22.

    I think it's fair . You have access to precision weapons as does everyone else . The unfair forums are unfair . Everyone has access to the same tech . Some utilize it better that's not unfair

    LOL I take it u don`t like united ... I not got a ban i was just saying it is a bit unfair after all your paid for the console you paid for the game plus you pay for live ... If you do wrong I think an e-mail should be sent telling you if you do the said

    If someone has sent your son an abusive message including bad language the best course of action is to
    report the other player because if you reply to another player and the message you send them is found to break the
    Code of conduct or
    terms of use then there is a possibility of an enforcement action being taken against your son regardless of how it started.

    You should be able to review any enforcement actions received on the
    Xbox Enforcement website     and also request a case review from here if eligible.
