Unfair xboxlive enforcement notice and account messaging Suspension

I have just received a message on my xbox live account on my xbox and in my emails saying that i have an enforcement notice, the enforcement notice was unfairly issued to me because on several occasions i have had other gamers message me first saying that
i am a crap gamer, asking me what the hell i am doing whilest i am playing a game, telling me i should delete my game off my xbox and/or throw it out, ive also been told to leave a game because i was having a bad round, and it goes on of what has been said
now everyone has their bad games and good games and i do not like receiving these messages on my xbox as it is very frustrating and as anyone would i have stuck up for myself and retaliated on all several occasions and then i have some how been the one who
gets suspended from sending messages and gets a enforcement notice because i stuck up for myself and they get nothing. to me it seems like xbox or microsoft which ever checked my messages out went through and just read my messages and ignored the other peoples
who in every conversations has started the entire thing which has made me say stuff and retaliate and stick up for myself and i want this sorted out because no this is not fair this is not right i have done nothing wrong but stick up for myself no matter how
i spoke or what i said thats nothing to do with the fact that i was not the one who started saying rude tings and putting the other person down and mentally abusing them they did that to me and i get introuble what the hell im the one getting cyber bullied
and i get the notice thats not right and i want someone an ambassador for xbox live or whatever to help me sort this out cause its not fair i dont care if the suspension i have is only short i still want this to be fairly sorted and to be dealt with cause
i have been wronged here and i did nothing wrong other then retaliate when they started putting me down and abusing and cyber bullying me.

Messaging Problem

For over a year, I have not been able to send messages on my account via; console, app or website. On console, I get this message; "Check your account. Messaging is not working for your account." And on the website, I get this message; "Because of your past
behaviour, you can not send messages." But I never got a suspension notice and I checked my account through the enforcement website and I no ban whatsoever. I would appreciate the help.

my account has had an enforcement notice and suspension. Where is the evidence to support this and why can't it be disputed before 24 hoyrs
