    On October the 5th I received a 24 hour communications ban, this I justly deserved. However, on October the 7th I received an unjust Communication ban for two weeks. Due to a miscommunication on their part that they had conducted a secondary investigation without notifying me. This resulted in my appeal inaccurately addressing the issue, as circumstances were misleading, resulting in a denial. I have tried contacting the Xbox safety team to conduct a secondary, more just review of my case via email but they have not responded in 8 days. I was wondering if you, as Microsoft, could either Contact a member of the Xbox safety team or override my Account linked to Xbox live and remove the ban. This is because the only other means of contacting them is through the appeal, which was unfairly adjudicated.

    We, here in the Microsoft Community, don't have a way to access your account or override any sort of account suspensions. Only the Xbox Enforcement team can manage that, and if on the secondary review they haven't lifted the Enforcement, it is most likely that this won't be removed. You'd need to contact the Xbox Support to try to get further help, you wait for the enforcement to be lifted by itself.

    24hour suspensions are not up for review it is average of 48-72hours for.them.to reinvestigate

    Which is stupid, because they did not mention the secondary investigation, implying that the 2 week ban was from the original reported message, which is unreasonable. The secondary investigation also had no merit but couldn't even appeal to that. Maybe if they checked a single email in over a week I wouldn't have to lose 90 days progress to an unfair ban but okay.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review.If you have done that & the decision was upheld then that's it.

    No one here or at support can do anything.

    Sometimes when investigating a report they find other offences that someone has committed which is why a 2nd suspension is issued.
