Unfair "Use Account Tampering" - What should I do?

I had a problem with my Xbox Live Account after 9 years of service. Seems to me that my account got hacked, and the hacker got tons of achievements in some Xbox 360 games. But here's the thing: My xbox 360 is broken, and I'm not using it for 6 months. I'm
using my Xbox One - so as you can see the punishment is unfair. I've lost 30k achievements points, but the hacker didn't use any cash in my account. I've tried to reach "enforcement team" using the case review, but they didn't gave me any anwser.

It's easy to find out that I'm not the guilty: Just look at the IP that got all the ilegal achievements. It's not mine, for sure!

I don't know what else to do, so thats why I'm here. I've a good reputation score, many years paying xbox gold account...A good behavior for years, makes no sense that I did "account tampering". What should I do next?

Considerations:

- No one has access to my account

- No one touched both my xboxs

- I work with IT and my computer is REALLY safe because I have client things on it. No one got my password thru it.

- My email has 0 warnings about 'recovery password'

My account got banned! For no reason

Hi xbox.com i was playing gta v online and a message came up saying "Someone else has signed in on your account" then i went to dashboard and got banned till 30.12.9999 [ZE GODZILLA] you guys sent me a email saying i was system tampering with console.
I want you to investergate what has happened i have spent alot of money on this account hundreds of dollars and this is very unfair you done this to me.

Okay,

I called to the support, they said that couldn't help me (?) and that the "unauthorized access investigation" won't change my situation.

They gave me 2 options:

1st: Create a post here (Oh really?...) and wait 'til someone help me.

2nd: Ask for suport on "TrueAchievements". I'm gonna do that now.

 

TrueAchievements can't do anything as they are nothing to do with Microsoft or xbox live enforcement.

You won't get the Gamerscore/achievements back no matter what.

Modded achievements are not tolerated no matter how they got there.

Yeah, I know about Trueachievements. I contacted the american support and they are reviewing my case. There is no such thing as "no matter what". But thanks, now I just need to wait.
