Unfair temporary message ban

Discus and support Unfair temporary message ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When i try to send a message my xbox not allowed to do that.     Unfair temporary message ban


    When i try to send a message my xbox not allowed to do that.

    The message says:

    "Choose something else to do because of your previous behavior you can not send messages"

    I'm didn't insult someone before, i only remember i was playing singles in GameBattles and some people was angry when i win

    I need help

    Here's some info for you -

    The Enforcement Team will never provide you with the exact details of the suspension. You can visit their site and review the Code of Conduct and see the expectations that are set for everyone.

    1) For account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com



    (In your case you'll need the parent account email address for the sign in, from what I recall, to see the suspension info)

    2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

    3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

    - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

    5) A suspension or ban on the account is imposed when there has been a violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use.

    - Note: If the violation was significant, the account may face consecutive suspensions and the device could be suspended as well.

    7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

    - If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

    8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.

  3. Completely unfair temporary ban

    today, as of 12th January 2018, i have been temporarily banned from using communications features with no reason why and quite frankly i am outraged at this. I was just playing with my friends, after ignoring messages from a toxic player, when i received
    a message from xbox live saying i had been banned. To put it straight, i want an explanation as to why this happened and further feedback from xbox themselves on this policy. I would submit a case file but i have lost the details to the parent account as mine
    i stuck on a childs account which is not able to be changed

    I have the same problem but my history is perfect with no enforcements against me yet I cant send messages and get the same error

    Retaliating in anyway that violates the terms of use even via voice will result in a suspension it does not matter who starts the fight

    If it's your first suspension and only 24hours there is no case review

    Next time block and ignore and report thats all you are allowed to do
