    Ill start by saying yes I've gotten suspensions in the past, but I've matured and become more respectful in the past year. So I got into a party with a long time "friend of mine", let's call them A, that I've known on Xbox for quite a while. They usually
    are pretty reapectful players and aren't rude to the others I invite to play with us. Fast forward to today and one of my irl friends is playing with us and they weren't performing to A's standards supposedly. So A decides to start being extremely rude to
    my irl friend throwing curse words left and right and just belittling them any way they can. This makes me mad and I defend my irl friend because nobody deserves to be treated like that. I tell them to relax and back off because it's just a game and we're
    only having fun. They don't stop with the rude comments so I tell them to stop being a b***h and kick them from the party. My irl friend leaves because he was upset from what A was saying. A apparently reported me and I guess from my past I immediately got
    suspended from comms. I dont see this as fair since I was only trying to defend my friend. I know Xbox can't know what the party chat was like but I can't submit a case review because even though I'm 18 I'm still under a child account and I don't know my father's
    password for the parent account. Anything I can do?

    Please could somebody contact me asap. I have spent time talking to customer services, live chats to microsoft and ambassdors and they all tell me the same thing - that i have to talk to you with my issues. But how can i get anywhere if you don't reply?????
    I feel like somebody has broken into my home taken the xbox and stole £100's from me!!!!!! Your welcome to come to my house see that me don't have the ability to modify anything, have no interest in others logins and don't have a clue what a glitch is!!
    We've told you where the weapons where from - not knowing they where modified!!! and my son was harrassed on the game to give these people duplicates of his weapons!!!! Is there anyway we could get a smaller suspension? can you credit me back some of the
    money i have spent on microsoft points? i just paid for his membershp also - which runs out in a year, I spent £8.50 last wednesday on microsoft points and less than a hour later my son was banned??? If we can't have a smaller ban, can we open a new profile?
    is the console banned? can we transfers any of the downloads to the new profile? do i need to change my credit card?do we need to buy a new xbox? A little advice would be nice = ) Also in my first message i mentioned my son was being bullied this is because
    his dad died of cancer at xmas ..... how do you people sleep at night?

    Hey there Acez Keyz,

    As ngocphi mentioned. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    I would suggest creating a separate account for your brother on the console, you'll be able to share games and Xbox Live Gold as long as your profile has the console set as the Home Console. That way you'll never have to worry about it again.

    Unfair suspension

    Submitting a case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team, although because of what you said to them, it's highly unlikely they would overturn the suspension. They would not have taken anything from your past into account when suspending
    you. You said a word that violates the code of conduct so they suspended you. All you can do is wait it out.

    dont worry about getting a review cause the same thing happend to me and if you have any priors they will just deny the review so from now on you should just report everyone that upsets you thats what im going to do hope this helps
    Actually that's what you are supposed to do

    If you are getting into a fight with cursing ignore block and mute and report

    If you retailiate iin a way that violations the terms of use it doesn't matter who starts the fight everyone involved in the violation will be punished

    you guys actually think because you are immune because you didn't start it

    Wow just wow you get told this on forums

    And by pet

    It doesn't matter who started it a violation is a violation

    The privacy and communication tools are there for a reasonreason

    Use them correctly and you will be like the other 99.9% of live

    It isn't rocket science use common sense

    the fsecond one would be from An older or multiple violation

    So if you sent msgs with cursing to different people

    Each report actually counts as a different violation

    And too many of those will only end badly for you

    where would you find a enforcement number no Services use numbers and would be useless

    As spammers would only spam re number and thet would never have time to enforce the rules

    It doesn't matter if your brother used your profile there is no reason to wit home gold he can have his own profile

    If you login your profile you do get the info

    FYI Online Services only use moderated forums or chat for enforcement this avoids spam and helps people who actually need help

    If you only have a 24hour ban for first offence well it doesn't qualify for case review because you would be waiting longer then the suspension would last

    People would call repeatedly and they be too busy answering spam or prank calls

    And yes this is the only method of contacting them

    It's better because you have one on one with the agent rather then waiting for a msg

    And yes you are responsible for your account at all times
