Unfair Suspension (One Day)

Received a suspension (I did look at enforcement.xbox.com) but my case is not eligible for me to fight as it is just a one day (not that long), but if I did nothing but play my role in Smite (Season 6 Update allows you to pick your role before you join
the game and assigns you to a group that has all the other roles) I choice my role and yet got bombarded by players because I played my role. How is this fair to get a communication ban for something that doesn't even relate to it. Do you just blow them off
and go ban anyone when someone reports? I call [Mod Removed: Profanity], and that not fair, even if it were to happen to them.

Like others have said it's better to just not. Ive been down that road before and it isnt worth it.

A communication ban could have been for something even prior to that exact event. Remember to keep it E for everyone. As you mentioned, a 24 hour ban can't be appealed since it will be done before it would ever have a chance to review.

Thank you for contacting Forum support.

The Xbox live code of conduct
is there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone! Xbox is a very family oriented company! There are many children who play Xbox as well and the
code of conduct is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication!
(whether the game is rated E,M, Etc.. )

Just remember that you are allowed to say and do what you want, but there will be repercussions for voiding the Code of conduct
(Do not be a toxic player and use profanity or bad behavior, because you can be suspended for that).

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.

(Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)

(If the suspension is for 24 hours and less, then it will not be available for a case review. If the case is Upheld then, you will have to wait till the suspension is over.)

(Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.)
