Unfair suspension I feel.

I feel like the suspension I recieved was not needed because when I got suspended it was from this one guy that was harassing me and my friend in the game verbally the whole match and then after the game was over he proceeded to message me non stop and harass
me some more so I invited him to me and my friends party to see what his problem with us was and he didnt join so I messaged him and called him a p**** which I could have used a better word but he was making me mad because in game he kept calling us worse
things throughout the game so me and my friend after the match was done reported him and moved on to the next game. During that match I got a message from xbox saying that I had been banned so I went to enforcement and I had 2 bans on there one for communication
and other for harassment abuse and threats which I didnt know calling someone a p**** was abuse or a threat but anyways I got those and then I got two more bans through email, a 100 day communication ban and then a day later I got one for 30 day com. ban and
7 day multiplayer ban, all for that? seems kind of unfair considering we were being harassed over and over I feel its unfair because he called us way worse things but because it was in game chat there is no way we can prove it, but because I said one thing
in the messages between him and me I get reported and banned and I bet nothing happened to him. I am getting really upset with the enforcement team because I have gotten banned a few times for bs reasons especially when other people are harassing me and then
just report me because they didnt like something I did in a game and then I cant talk to friends or anything until the ban is up. I am seriously considering selling my xbox and getting a ps4 becuase this keeps happening and I have plenty of friends with ps4
and they say ps4 isnt harsh at all with the rules. I am tired of getting banned all the time for something everyone on video games does and that is trash talk. I may have said one word and got banned for it but come on youre telling me you dont expect people
to get mad and say stuff online? What a joke.

Regardless, the Enforcement Team cannot be found in the forums. If you feel it is unfair, you can submit a case review to appeal the suspension at enforcement.xbox.com

trying to lift my suspension

I need to talk to someone about lifting my suspension .. I felt like i didn't do anything to get a suspension I haven't done anything to anyone an I feel like I'm being done wrong for my good game play I don't talk to anyone but people on my friend list
so I never talk to anyone I don't know I feel I'm being treated unfair

 

In situations like that, it's best to file a complaint on the other person and block communications with them instead of responding. It doesn't matter how things start, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you are subject to punishment.
That is per the code of conduct you agreed to.

There's also no way for you to know 100% whether the enforcement team have done something to the other player. Even if they didn't get a suspension at the same time, they will.
