    my account has been suspended for kids calling me the F word and me messeging them with a messege the same way they spoke to me and you suspended me and not them. I feel that you have made a mistake with this suspendion.

    The reason you were suspended was because of the fact that in the TOS and Code of Conduct, it states that you do NOT play with Cheaters. If you were banned, it is because you more than likely STAYED in that lobby and didn't leave.

    you may not have been modding but you partook in the use of this persons mod. like being the getaway driver in a bank heist you didn't start it but you helped. stay away from modders and report them or get more of the same

    Hi, unfortunately at the end of the day you and you alone are responsible for actions carried out on your Xbox Live account. As advised you can attempt to submit a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com
    if your suspension is over 24 hours. Shorter suspensions do not have the option for a case review.
