    Unfair saction?


    Good day , I have a situation.

    Yesterday, I had an argument with a person in xbox live, and this person resorted to a report of my account, but in the texts I never made a direct offense, insult, or harassment of this person.

    After this, I was informed that I would be excluded from the communications, but not for multiplayer.

    Today I was notified, due to abuse of harassment and threats, I was also excluded from playing online games, when there are no story factors in the messages.

    The only thing I said was the following word : [Mod Removed], referring to the way this person plays. ( all the conversation was about the game )

    For an ample analysis, the reasons of the sanction, can not be based if there are such faults in the reasons that they give.

    Where can I get in touch with those responsible for the sanctions?

    What I can do? , noting that there is insufficient evidence, or the grounds are erroneous as to the allegations.

    MS (or any other business) can't be held accountable for what people outside of thier company say. If they were offering compensation for threats they would be out of business in a day. Theres also the problem of proving that you were threatened and/or having
    your friends "threaten" you so you you could game this fantasy.

    You need to contact paypal, as they can tell you exactly why thise tra sactions didnt work. I suggest using your card to add money to your balance and pay from there. If you attempting to bypass region restrictions that wont go far
