    Unfair profile ban


    3 days ago I tried to play Titanfall 2 and the multiplayer function was restricted. I checked Battlefield 1 and had the same problem, saying that I had 'missing multiplayer privileges'. I do not own a headset and do not message people, and I play games
    properly. I haven't broken any rules. I also haven't been notified that I had received some sort of ban, what it was for, or how long the duration of the ban is. Is there any way for me to find out why I received the ban, and to hopefully get it lifted?

    Banned for things I've never done

    Unfortunately, bans are not lifted for any reason unless it was an unfair ban. Each ban is investigated and are typically 100% accurate. Did you have anything indicating your profile was signed into another Xbox?

    well i hope they can help me because my console was banned unfairly and have read the rules of xbox live and i have never violated any of this rules and i have never changed my consolen i buy only original games and had just bought my live account and i

    That's usually not an error message you would receive with a ban. Just to verify, do you have a gold subscription?

  6. That does not sound like a suspension or ban. You normally get the permissions error if you do not have xbox live gold membership. Do you have Gold on your account??

    Yes, I have a yearly account bought at Game in Hastings ,East Sussex only just over a week ago. I also have given my bank account details for a yearly renewal.
