    I was playing GTA when people started to call me a ****** it bothered me a lot so i started killing them multiple times. They got mad and said one of their hacker friends is going to hack me. I shrugged it off and thought it was another threat by people
    who get mad too easily the next day I signed in and it said I was banned. I went to the enforcement page and went to go make a case review and someone already made one and it said upheld which means I won't get it back. I got so mad and looked at the case
    review what it was about and it said inappropriate looking for group post. I never made a group post beside looking for recruits to join my military crew on GTA . I called them and they said there was nothing they can do because they don't have contact with
    the XBLPET. I then yesterday was met with a sorry text from someone who killed me. They said and I quote "I feel really bad and would like to get your account unsuspended. I tried everything I filed a case review for you and everything but i was too scared
    to say it was someone else I feel really bad for my actions and I will take a consequence if I get closure on this innocent."

    This really makes me mad because I lost my competitive GTA account and am kinda screwed right now If someone could please help me that would be great.

    Permanent suspension

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.

    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below.

    permanent suspension

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

    You do not get banned/suspended if someone files false reports against you.In fact anyone abusing the reporting system risks being suspended themselves.

    As others have stated, the Enforcement Team has been around fo a long time and will likely remain for a long time to come.

    Cheating or hacking is never acceptable as it makes for a miserable and unfair experience for honest players. Permanent bans for cheaters and hackers is definitely warranted.

    Suspension durations usually escalate with repeat offenses until eventually a permanent suspension is issued if the account holder refuses to modify their behaviour to follow the Code of Conduct.

    I'm guessing you said or messaged something way more offensive than Coward to warrant a permanent suspension.

    Regardless of haw fair or unfair it might seem, when you first sign up for xbox live you have the chance to actually see the rules of the service you subscribe to and you should be aware of the fact that in case of a permanent suspension you will loose everything
    that you purchased with that gamertag. So it might seem to be unfair but you are given the chance not to agree with the terms.

    dont worry about getting a review cause the same thing happend to me and if you have any priors they will just deny the review so from now on you should just report everyone that upsets you thats what im going to do hope this helps
    Actually that's what you are supposed to do

    If you are getting into a fight with cursing ignore block and mute and report

    If you retailiate iin a way that violations the terms of use it doesn't matter who starts the fight everyone involved in the violation will be punished

    you guys actually think because you are immune because you didn't start it

    It doesn't matter who started it a violation is a violation

    The privacy and communication tools are there for a reasonreason

    Use them correctly and you will be like the other 99.9% of live

    It isn't rocket science use common sense

    the fsecond one would be from An older or multiple violation

    So if you sent msgs with cursing to different people

    Each report actually counts as a different violation

    And too many of those will only end badly for you
