Unfair Gamerpicture Ban

My gamerpicture was a picture of a cat looking at a chicken with a birthday candle on it. Its been that for quite a while now and my friend thought it would be funny to report it with the caption of "Im a muslim and this offends me". The ban actually was
sucsessful and I now have a gamerpicture ban. How do I go about getting this removed, knowing how long then ban is? Etc etc

Edit: I should add this is my first ever ban

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. As our Ambassadors have stated, you would need to go to the Enforcement website for any ban or suspension. (Side
note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.)

If you upload an inappropriate custom image or have an image that was reported as being offensive, it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional
imagery for a specific period (typically 24 hours).

Hi! I went to this page already but the information seems outdated maybe? I checked everywhere and theres no enforcement history or any place to submit a complaint

What happens if I upload inappropriate custom images?

If you upload an inappropriate custom image it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional imagery for a specific
period (typically 24 hours). Repeated violations or especially inappropriate images may result in lengthier suspensions.

Keep in mind that once you’ve uploaded an image, even if it was shown only briefly or was subsequently changed, it may get reviewed and the account may still be subject to enforcement action.

I would give it 24 hours and see if you could change it, but I would say not to use that picture cause it may get removed again and more action may be taken against you.

Do to the nature of this issue, you will be required to go to: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

The enforcement team do not look at the forum and as a result you need to access there website.

have you changed your gamer picture ? if not i recommend you do so

Only the enforcement team can look into this and change the ban if they deem is as incorrect.

If it's not available on the marketplace, then I'm sorry, but there is no official means of getting one. You can make your own Gamerpicture if you have either an Xbox Vision Camera or Kinect, however this Gamerpicture will only be visable to users on your
friends list, everyone else will see your default Gamerpicture.

Do not attempt any modification of your LIVE profile to change your picture by unoffical means other than stated above, if you attempt to do so, your account will be banned from Xbox LIVE. Just in case you were thinking about it.
