Unfair gameplau

i just got a ban on my account because my little brother made a derogatory comment to someone, I didn't know till today. Now when I try to explain or appeal to Microsoft it won't let me!! How is this part of your fair gameplay act?? I cannot believe that
another gamer has the power to enforce a suspension after provoking foul comments, yet I cannot even write to or appeal in any way to Microsoft! This is a joke. Your pretty quick to take my money for online but yet i cannot contact you in any way. Go Microsoft!
I want a refund for the days I cannot use Xbox live account then since can't appeal it , wouldn't that be fair!!??

MS (or any other business) can't be held accountable for what people outside of thier company say. If they were offering compensation for threats they would be out of business in a day. Theres also the problem of proving that you were threatened and/or having
your friends "threaten" you so you you could game this fantasy.

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who can enforce a suspension, not other gamers. You are responsible for your account at all times. So it doesn't matter if it was your brother or not, something was said on your account that violated the code of conduct
that you agreed to when you signed up. Refunds are not given for suspensions.

 

Hi, I would point out that if you have a suspension on your account that's longer than 24 days but shorter than permanent, and it is from within the last year, you are eligible to file a case review to appeal your ban directly to the Xbox Enforcement Team.
