    Unfair False Bans


    I woke up to a false suspension today as well. I have been a member of xbox for over 8 years. I keep to myself, I join public only sessions, I don't play private matches or even talk to anyone. I don't even have a mic or send messages. I play GTA and Gears.
    My levels are both very low. I don't have a lot of funds or any DLC. Meanwhile, I get a notice saying I am suspended for cheating. Its extremely obvious that Xbox bans innocent people, however what frustrates me even more is there appeal process! I am paying
    10$ a month for a service, and now I am banned from it and I can't do anything. It's actually infuriating that people can report me for cheating just because I am very good at what I am playing. Because I killed them 20 times I am cheating? Clearly not, however
    xBox doesn't see that! I have great reputation according to my profile, and no offenses. After playing xbox for years and years, why would I randomly start to cheat? Something needs to be done with these false bands. Maybe that is switching to PS4 until xBox
    can get a better detection system.. but I am appalled. I don't exactly blame the Enforcement Team because they are going off what they see.. but I will say it is wrong and not fair!

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    well i hope they can help me because my console was banned unfairly and have read the rules of xbox live and i have never violated any of this rules and i have never changed my consolen i buy only original games and had just bought my live account and i
    vetoed no reason any

    My account was wrongfully banned and I have the proof to show it

    Already submitted an appeal and I was denied. I think if I can actually show proof of my accusations being false which I can then I can get unbanned. It’s unfair that I can get permanently banned for something that I didn’t do.
