    Unfair enforcement??


    Where to start.

    On this, my 3rd day of self-isolation I wake up to an email saying my accounts suspended. I read on to find out its because I changed my gamerpic a day or two ago. If i can find the image ill post it here but it was made using the xbox avatar creator app on
    xbox. With the upcoming release of RE3 and having just completed the demo I made it to look like Jill Valentine (a poor one but hardly bad enough to warrant a suspension I suspect), complete with gun props bought through the app itself. Not only am I unable
    to dispute this, but all the enforcement notification suggests is that my gamerpic has sexually explicit content, violence or insensitive material.

    Can someone please explain how this has happened? And how i can get this reverted? Ive had this account for years now and never had a problem let alone a suspension.

    If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:

    I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions. You will have to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

    I would also advise if something happens again to just Report and block the user, do not engage by sending a message back, since if the response also violates the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct then you can get struck by enforcement too.
