Unfair Enforcement

Today a communication ban was unfairly enforced on my account. This is a joke. Clearly if you'd have actually investigated you'd have seen that I was attacked prior to responding. When I tried to resolve the issue I was passed on to enforcement whom can't
actually be contacted!!

What kind of support is this ?? 12 years of loyalty $1000s spent on your products and this is my treatment frankly it might be time to move to play station and contact my producer mate and do a story pre release of scorpio to make ppl aware of your poor
support so they don't make a bad decision !!!

If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:

You should also be aware that it is a violation of the code of conduct to let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for your account at all times.

I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions. You will have to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

I would also advise if something happens again to just Report and block the user, do not engage by sending a message back, since if the response also violates the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct then you can get struck by enforcement too.
