Unfair enforcement. Toxic false reporting!

Hello,

I was just told to post my issue here by a microsoft service rep because they are also dusgusted by what happened and feel attention should be raised about this si the enforcement team can take more of an appropriate action instead of wrongfully giving me
a communication banned when someone was attempting to cyber bully and troll me after they lost in a video game. I didnt know I even crossed his path until his angry harrasment came about on my xlive messenger. This person who goes by
[Mod Removed] initiates a hateful tirade towardsme because of his lost. I defend myself and Tell him to
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] as you can see and he somehow manages to report me and get me banned while even saying enjoy your ban knowing he just cybered bullied me and manipulated the system. I ended up speaking to three reps about this
situation because as I reported him nothing happened; but i use profanity to defend myself while being harrassed and insulted and I get banned. The xlive reps said they did not have anything in there power to do anything even though they would love to help.
One rep said he would even put in a report against this individual for bullying after voicing the incident to them. But so far nothing has happen. People like
[Mod Removed] who rage on other players in the community simply because they lost and then choose to manipulate an enforcement system to fulfill their spiteful sense of power and control should not be allowed in the xlive community. Ive been
trying to reverse my ban but for some reason cannot. I also cannot post the second half of this convo because the forum is not letting me post more than 1 picture. This incident is still fresh on my account anyway, in the system and hopefully an enforcement
rep can see this and post a proper investigation into the matter like I been asking for. Ive reported this guy and nothing happens but he falsely reported me told me enjoy my ban and then Im banned in under 30 seconds. Really and wow! While I was talking to
a rep even after I have a comm ban this person is still somehow antagonizing me. This is unfair and not a safe or justified system for gamers. Please help enforcement team and bring people who cyber bully and manipulate sustems that are to make a community
safe for there own personal spiteful vendetta. Its just unfair especially when you pay so much for a console, subscription and $65 videogames. I didnt deserve a ban for defending myself what so ever. How does justice get served properly in an incident like
this. I know I am not the only one.

Hi there, I am sorry this has happened to you but as the other ambassadors, and microsoft agent has mentioned you have broken the rules and this is why your actions have been taken upon and not the other persons i understand they was bullying you and trolling
you and i apologise personally for that occurring its best in future to not say anything at all to a bully because all they are looking for is a reaction and now your in hot water over this because they pushed too many buttons and you acted without thinking
of the repercussions, sad to say looking at what has been issued on this topic even the courts will agree you broke law and policy.

I will offer you some friendly advice if someone is trolling your or bullying you take their information report it and if it continues report it to local authorities as well never let something like this happen to you again you have to be the stronger and better
person rise above what has been said to you and if it gets too much then come off xbox go for a walk and then come back play with your friends and not randoms your matched with in games if need be because we all need a support system.

I do hope your situation is resolved and sorted i am just sorry that what has happened has happened there are many ways this could have been handled better.

RESOLVED!!!

Thank you to the xbox service reps who helped provide proper justice and fix this situation. Justice has been served in its rightful place. My ban is being lifted within 24 hours thanks again for the ones who helped and provided positive support.
[Mod removed: inappropriate] bless all the people and ambassadors who replied in such a harsh negative insensitive manner. I will pray for you.

Nope actually they did read your post you are misquoting the law and how it applies

One it is against the rules of forums to name someone for something that doesnt apply to your suspension

Regardless of.what he did it doesnt matter it is your actions that reflect on your suspension

By the authority of the courts even the supreme courts you may not infringe or harm others.and yes private businesses and individuals may punish you for infringing on their rules in their homes or private property aka networks

Fyi support has nothing to do with enforcement nor can they send a report as its beyond the scope of support

Discussion on enforcement issues like naming and shaming isnt allowed period

Ask any police officer if you can name and shame you will be laughed at

Private networks are not criminal courts

You are to use the tools you are given

Since you didnt use the tools.qnd violated the terms of.use admittedly

You are subject to such rules

Hello,

This has been resolved and would like for this post to be closed please. As I initially stated the only reason for me posting here was because one of the Microsoft reps I spoke to advised me to so I may bring light to matter within the enforcement department.
I now know that's not possible through here. The matter has been resolved over the phone and since I was given false information from the representative to post here in order to reach out to the enforcement team, I would like your help in closing or deleting
this post please.
