Unfair enforcement team

I just wanted to let you guys know that: The enforcement team always picks on me; but I`ve been in streams/chat rooms of streams & I`ve seen the streamer cuss out me or other chatroom members, so with that beiN` said, Mixer streamers, YouTube streamers,
& Twitch, all get away with harassment/bullyiN`/insultiN`. The worst part of it is that Mixer is now part of Microsoft essentially & you guys & your enforcement team allow abusive streamers & they become very vulgar even with their own expression, not even
speakiN` to viewers sometimes they get angry or they say cuss words in general. With that beiN` said I think you guys are very unfair to me when it comes to enforcement due to trash talkiN`. I guarantee that those streamers or Mixer viewers who trash talk
within the chatrooms or on livestream via Xbox+Mixer aren`t gettiN` as much attention to disciplinary action on their accounts as I am.

So basically you guys allow streamers & viewers to trash talk but you don`t allow regular gamers or particularly you enjoy to discrimiN8 against me.

How do you contact the Enforcement Team on their website? The answer is you don't! The "submit a case review" link is broke because the Enforcement Team rather spam people and give out unfair suspensions instead of actually doing their job!

I love cheaters crying about anything being unfair. I'm always glad to see another cheater get punished. A heartfelt "Thank You!" to everyone at the Enforcement Team.

Look at your abusive discrimiN8ion pattern.

You guys also have too much access to our inform8ion: You should only know the report, the reported person, & the "reporter". You shouldn`t know (or be able to discover) their gender, race, ethnicity, heck, you shouldn`t even see their gamertag; You also shouldn`t
be able to see the profile unless the profile contains somethiN` against code of conduct. It just calls for discrimiN8ion.

 

If you run across people violating the code of conduct, you should be reporting them so the enforcement team can investigate them and take action. It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you're responding in a way that violates the code of conduct,
you can be punished. They are not targeting you. It's all up to you on how you act. You agreed to the rules when you signed up (along with agreeing to them seeing everything). You just have to follow them.
