    Hope someone can steer me in the right direction. My son received an enforcement ban y/day for breaching the code of conduct in the paragraph that covers bad language etc..

    He assures me he has no idea what he has done wrong. In all the years he has had xbox live he has never received as much as a warning. I've since found out, it was a friend that reported him for a prank. I've rang Microsoft and they
    were unable to help and have tried following several links to complain but end up going g round in circles. Any advice please. Thanks.

    You can also submit a case review there if you feel that the ban was unfair.

    Banned for Pathetic reasons

    Sorry to hear you got banned.

    You can always submit a case review on this site: enforcement.xbox.com

    The enforcement team will look in to your request and if the ban was unfair, they'll undo the ban.

    Is there more to appeal a decision?

    You will need to contact the enforcement team, if you feel like the ban is unfair, try to find out more, as from what you have said the ban does feel unfair. But if the enforcement team saw something then they are the only people who know, just try contact them and do your best to find out whats happening.

    There would be a reason for the ban, get in touch with the enforcement team if you think its its unfair

    Other than doing that, use that ban option to avoid this in the future

    If the account was banned there's usually a valid reason as to why. However if you believe it's unfair you can contact enforcement and if they also believe they were unfairly enforced they shall remove it
